高密度多孔聚乙烯修复颅眶畸形的护理

Nursing of Craniorbital Reconstruction Appling Porous High-density Polyethylene Implant

目的 介绍应用高密度多孔聚乙烯修复颅眶畸形的护理。方法 对 36例颅眶畸形患者做好术前心理护理、皮肤准备及特殊准备 ,术后做好术区观察、眼睛护理、并发症观察及处理等护理措施。结果 36例病人手术效果良好 ,术后最长随访时间 2年 ,无排异、吸收、移位等情况 ,病人满意。结论 高密度多孔聚乙烯修复颅眶畸形 ,术前做好心理护理和准备工作 ,术后加强术区护理。

Objective To introduce the nursing of craniorbital reconstruction with porous high density polyethylene(Medpor).Methods 36 patients with craniorbital deformities entered the study.Before operation,the psychological nursing,skin preparation and special preparation were applied. After the operation, a series of nursing measures included observing the operative area,observing and handling the complications,and eye nursing.Results The operative effects of these patients are good.In a longest follow up period of 2 years,no rejection,absorption and shift of Medpro were found.All the patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusions For Medpor implanting operation to reconstruct the craniorbital deformity,the nursing measures,which referrde to preoperative psychological nursing and skin preparation,postoperative observation of operative area and complications,and eye nursing,were of great significance.
