摘要
作者应用ABC免疫细胞化学技术,发现培养的QGY 7703和SMMC 7721两株人肝癌细胞系能够表达胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(IGF-2),阳性物质位于胞浆,呈梭形或处于有丝分裂期的肝癌细胞深染;一旦细胞生长形成细胞单层时,染色明显减弱甚至转阴。这提示IGF-2与肝癌细胞的生长增殖有一定的关系,至少在体外生长时是这样,这两种细胞系还表达甲胎蛋白,并且与IGF-2有类似分布,提示二者表达间有某种关系。
With ABC immunocytochemical technique, we found that hepato-carcinoma cell line QGY 7703 and SMMC 7721 in culture could express insulin-like growth (actor H(IGF-2). The IGF-2-irnmunoreactivity was localized in cytoplasm. The spindle-shaped cells and the cells in mitosis were stained strongly. Once the hepato-carcinoma cells were contacted with each other to form a monolayer, the immunoreaction was remarkably decreased or even became negative. These findings suggest that IGF-2, as a mitogen, be responsible for the proliferation of hepato-carcinoma cells, at least in culture. In addition, the cell lines were found to express AFP, which existed in almost the same subpopulations of cells with IGF-2- It is suggested that there are some relations between the expressions of IGF-2 and AFP.
