自身免疫性甲状腺疾病甲状腺单个核细胞活化抗原的表达

T- activation antigens expression on thyroid mononuclear cells in autoimmune thyroid diseases

摘要 为探讨自身免疫性甲状腺疾病甲状腺单个核细胞(TG-MNC)中T细胞活化抗原的表达,作者用APAAP法对40例甲状腺标本作免疫组化研究.提示桥本甲状腺炎(HT)TG-MNC中4种T细胞活化抗原阳性率均显著高于非毒性甲状腺肿(P<0.05~0.01),而在HT与Graves病之间除HLA-DR外,其他3种活化抗原在TG-MNC中的表达率无显著性差异(P>0.05).活化抗原阳性TG-MNC常可侵入HT的甲状腺滤泡中. The authors investigated in situ the expression of a group of T-activation antigens on thyroid gland mononuclear cells (TG-MNC) in autoimmune thyroid diseases by APAAP immunohistochemical technique. A total number of 40 specimens were used. It is shown that the positive rates of all the four activation antigens in TG-MNC are significantly higher in Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT)than in nontoxic goiter (P<0.05 -0.01). However, the differences between HT and Graves' disease are insignificant (P>0-05) except the one of HLA-DR antigens. The activation-antigen-positive (especially TUSA1+ ) MNC is often seen intruding into thyroid lumens of HT.
