摘要
作者用豚鼠右心室乳头状肌标本(n=20),观察了IHC-72对异内肾上腺素、氯化钙和组胺所致收缩张力量效反应的影响,结果,IHC-72使异丙肾上腺素量效曲线非平行右移,其pD_2值为3.94;IHC-72也使氯化钙和组胺量-效曲线右移,pD_2值分别是4.26和4.15实验结果提示,IHC-72作用类似verapamil,可阻滞心肌细胞膜Ca^(2+)内流.
The effects of 3,6 (dimethylamino) - dibenxopyriodomum cdetate (IHC 72) on the dose-response curves of isoproterenol, calcium and histamine in guinea-pig papillary muscles were studied. When isoproterenol dose-response curves were shifted 10 the right, the maximal response was depressed, the pD2 value was 3.94; IHC -72 and verapamil antagonized the effect of calcium non-compctively, the pD. values were 4.26 and 5.60 respectively. IHC-72 could also make the dose-response curves of histamine shift to right in a non-parallel manner, the pD, value was 4.15. The results indicate that the eflect of IHC-72 on the guinea-pig papillary muscle is similar to that of verapamil, that is, it may influence Ca2+ movement in myocardial cells.
