白塞病致病因素的研究进展被引量：2

摘要白塞病是一种病因不明的血管炎。本文从感染、免疫及遗传等方面对白塞病近年的研究进展进行了综述。研究结果显示 ,白塞病是一种多基因遗传病 ,遗传学因素作为白塞病发病的内源性因素发挥了重要作用 ,在感染等外源性因素的诱发下 ,具有一定遗传背景的个体发生免疫紊乱。
