1 材料和方法1.1 仪器 MCA生化自动分析仪(美国IL公司产品)。1.2 试剂 ①苦味酸(35 mmol/L)RⅠ:称纯苦味酸3.9586 g加蒸馏水 1000 ml,煮沸,冷却,置棕色瓶中,4～8℃可用 1年。② NaOH(0.32 mol/L)RⅡ。RⅡ用蒸馏水 1:4稀释R Ⅲ。③
