摘要
自体静脉移植血管顺应性的变化是目前正在研究的问题,弹性纤维是影响血管力学性质的结构成份之一.作者取狗一侧股静脉5cm倒置移植于股动脉两断端间,分别于术后4周和24周取材做组织切片,HE染色.利用弹性纤维有明显的自发荧光特点,用显微分光光度计测定其自发荧光强度以反映血管弹性纤维相对含量.结果,术后4周和24周移植血管在形态和含量上无明显差别(P>0.05),与术前正常静脉弹性纤维相比,形态上有差别,而含量上无明显差别(P>0.05),移植血管和正常静脉弹性纤维含量均明显低于正常动脉.用形态计量学方法研究自体静脉移植血管弹性纤维的变化,尚未见报道.
Compliance changes of autogenous vein grafts are being studied at present time. Elastin content is correlated with passive mechanical properties of vessel walls. In this study, the femoral veins were excised and interposed into the femoral arteries in dogs. The grafts were harvested 4 and 24 weeks after operations and stained with HE. Elastin has the property of autofluorescence. With the application of microspectrophotometer, the intensity ofelastin fluorescence was measured and the relative contents ofelastin for vein.grafts, veins and arteries were obtained. The results show that no significant difference exists among the elastin contents of 4 week group, 24 week group and vein group, but some morphological differences between vein grafts and veins.The elastin contents of vein grafts and veins are lower than that of arteries. The method used in this study has not been reported.
