摘要
为探讨牛磺酸对肝脏保护作用的细胞机理,作者用离体大鼠肝细胞质膜,观察牛磷酸对自由基发生系统(GSFR)引起质膜脂质过氧化(LPO)的影响.结果表明,牛磺酸抑制GSFR引起的肝细胞质膜LPO的形成,呈时间、剂量依赖性关系:5,10,20 mmol/L牛磺酸分别抑制10.6%,45.8%(P<0.01)和59.6%(P<0.01);20mmol/L牛磺酸孵育5,10,15 min,丙二醛(MDA)生成较对照组分别减少33.5%,59.6%和68.7%(P<O.01).牛磺酸这种抗LPO效应,可能是其保护肝脏的重要机理之一.
In order to investigate the mechanism of the protective effect of taurine on hepatocytes, authors observed the effect of taurine on lipid peroxidation (LPO ) induced by generating system of free radicals (GSFR) in isolated rat hepatocyte membranes. It was found that taurine could inhibited in vitro LPO formation of hepatocyte plasma membranes induced by GSFR in dose- and time-dependant manner: 5, 10, 20 mmol/L taurine inhibited malon dialdehyde (MDA) formation by 10.6%, 45.8% (P<0.01) and 59.6% (P<0.01), respectively; 5, 10, 15 min after incubation with 20 mmol/L taurine, MDA content also decreased by 33.5%, 59.6% and 68.7% (P<0.01). The result indicated that the anti-lipid peroxidation effect of taurine is one of the most important mechanisms of its protective action.
