摘要
将重组质粒pVA1中的间日疟原虫特异性DNA片段插入到噬菌体M13mp18中,用双脱氧末端终止法测定插入DNA片段的核苷酸序列,该片段由261个bp(碱基对)组成,其中有3个HinfI核酸内切酶位点,无串联状重复序列.计算机检索和分析表明,该DNA片段与其他已测序列的疟原虫基因无明显同源性,是一个新克隆的间日疟原虫DNA片段.
A cloned DNA fragment specific for Plasmodium vivax was cleaved from the plasmid pVA1 and ligated into phage M13mp18. The nucleotides of the insert were sequenced by the dideoxy-chain termination procedure, which is composed of 261 base pairs and 3 1-Linf I sites but no tandem repeat sequences. Computer scanning and analysis show that the nucleotide sequence of DNA fragment is unique, being no significant homologue with that of other Plasmodium genes published.
