摘要
作者通过对影响高频喷射通气的分通气量的5个参量逐步回归分析,发现在诸影响因素中,以驱动压的影响最大,其余依次为吸气呼气时间比,管径,频率,针距.同时建立了一个较为满意的多元回归方程,为预测分通气量提供科学的计算方法.
Five factors influencing minute volume during high frequency jet ventilation were studied on lung modal by step-wise regression analysis. Among these factors, driving pressure was the most important one. Others were (in turn) inspiratory and expiratory time ratio, tube diameter, frequency of ventilation and needle distance. A formula was also made for prediction of parameters. The result was completely satisfactory.
