胃粘膜细胞Fas/FasL的表达与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染引起胃粘膜细胞凋亡的机制。方法根据尿素酶试验和改良Warthin stary银染是否阳性 ,选择HP阳性慢性浅表性胃炎标本 2 3你。HP阴性慢性浅表性胃炎标本 18例。应用免疫组化S -P法检测两组标本Fas/FasL的表达。结果HP阳性阳性浅表性胃炎组胃粘膜细胞Fas阳性表达率显著高于HP阴性组 (P <0 0 1) ,FasL的表达在两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论胃粘膜细胞Fas蛋白过度表达可能是HP感染引起胃粘膜细胞调亡的机制之一。

Objective To investigate the mechanism of apoptosis of gastric mucosal cell induced by H.pylori infection.Method S-P immunohistochemical analysis was used to detect the expression of Fas/FasL in chronic superficial gastritis caused by H.pyliri and other causes except Hpylori infection.Result The positive rate of Fas protein in H.pylori(+)chronic superficial gastritis was significantly higher than that in H.pylori(-)group (P<0 01).But the expression rate of FasL protein wasn't correlated with the H.pylori infection(P>0 05).Conclusion H.Pylori infection could increase the expession of Fas protein in gastric macosal cells,which may be one of the mechanism of apoptosis of gastric mucosal cell induced by H.pylori.
