高血压患者心率变异性的临床研究

The clinical study on hypertension patients with heart rate variability

目的为探讨高血压病与心率变异性 (HRV)的相关性。方法用 2 4小时动态心电图测定 10 2例高血压患者心率变异性时域法并与 10 0例健康人进行比较分析。结果高血压患者SDNN、SDANN、SDNIndexrMSSD较健康人明显降低 ,说明高血压患者心率变异性较健康人明显降低 ,P <0 0 1。结论高血压患者心率变异性降低 ,提示有植物神经功能受损。

Objective To study the relationship between heart rate variability(HRV) and hypertension.Methods HRV time domain analysis.Methods 102 hypertension patients were monitored by 24 hours ambulatony electrocardiogram.The result of analysis were compared with that of 100 health persosn.Results compared with 100 health persons,SDNN.SDANN.SDN.Index.rMSSD and HRV in hypertension patients are lower than those of health persons.(P<0.01).Conclusion The decrease of heart rate variability of hypertension patients showed the fuctions of autonomic nerve is damaged.
