孤立性蝶窦炎12例报告

The report of treatment and diagnosis about isolated sphenoial sinus disease

目的提高对孤立性蝶窦病变的临床诊断和治疗水平。方法在鼻内窥镜下行蝶窦切开术 12例 ,同时摘除蝶窦后鼻孔息肉 2例。结果 11例随访 0 5 - 3年无复发 ,1例术后 1年窦口封闭再次手术。结论除头痛外 ,本病早期无特殊表现。CT检查对早期诊断本病有较大价值 ,对手术有指导意义。鼻内窥镜手术对治疗本病有明显的优越性。

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment for isolated sphenoid sinus disease.Method 12 patients were underwent endoscope surgery,while 12 sphenoiditis had been sphenoidotomy and 2 sphenochoanal polyp were removed.Results 11 patients were free from disease postoperatively within 0.5-3 years follow up.1 patients underwent reoperation because of recurrence.Conclusion The study shows that CT not only makes contribution to establish correct diagnosis but also plays an important role in surgery of isolated sphenoial sinus disease.Endoscopic surgery is valuable in treatment for sphenoid sinus.
