摘要
作者介绍用系统传递函数方法,校正呼吸测量系统对呼出气中氧和二氧化碳浓度信号的延迟和响应时间的影响,并对信号基线漂移和干扰采取了相应措施,用微机测算逐次呼吸O_2耗量(Vo_2)和CO_2生成量(Vco_2).该方法测算结果与化学分析方法所得结果的相对误差,Vo_2为2.33%~3.82%;Vco_2为0.66%~1.82%,且简单而快速.
The transfer function principle has been used to calibrate the delay and response of oxygen (O2) and car bon dioxide (CO2) signals of expiratory testing system. Base-line drift and interference of the signals were effectively diminished. Breath-by-breath O2 consumption (Vo2)and CO2 production (Vco2)can be measured by computer. Compared with chemical analysis method, the relative error of Vo2 and Vco2 were 2.33% - 3.82% and 0.66% -1.82% respectively. This method posscessed advantages of simplicity and higher speed.
