摘要
作者用抗Fos癌蛋白免疫组化的方法,研究结扎一侧肾动脉造成高血压大鼠的肾上腺皮质fos原癌基因表达情况.于球状带内见有密集的阳性标记;束状带外侧1/3罕见,中间1/3渐增多,内侧1/3密度最高.网状带内亦有一定数量的免疫阳性细胞核分布.Fos免疫阳性反应细胞核在3个带内均大小不等,以球状带差别最大,网状带差别最小;3个带内标记细胞核以圆形或椭圆形为主,偶可见不规则形.
A model of renal hypertension was established through ligaturing one of the renal artery in the rat. An antiserum against Fos oncoprotein was used to detect immunohistochemically the activated cells of the corti coadrenal. A lot of Fos irnmunoreactive (ir) nuclei were demonstrated in the zona glomeralose. Few of labeled nuclei were seen in the lateral part of the zona fasciculata. An increasing number of Fos-ir nuclei were observed in the intermediate part of the zona fksciculata. The highest concentration of labeled nuclei in the inner part of the zona fasciculata. Scattered Fos-ir nuclei existed in the zona reticularis. The labeled nuclei were different in size and often round or oval in form.
