摘要
胃动素(motilin,MTL)系消化道激素,它与疾病的联系目前了解甚少。国内新近对血浆MTL进行了临床观察。我们在测定正常人及各种胃、十二指肠疾病患者血浆MTL的同时,应用放免法测定了胃液中MTL含量,并探讨其价值。
