急性白血病患者外周血LAK活性的诱导

Induction of LAK activity from peripheral blood of acute leukemia patients

本文对急性白血病患者外周血LAK活性进行了研究。大多数患者外周血可诱导出LAK活性,但较正常人为低。外周血幼稚细胞比例较高和近期接受化疗的患者LAK活性明显减低。急性淋巴细胞性白血病和急性非淋巴细胞性白血病患者之LAK活性无明显区别。

The LAK activity of peripheral blood from acute leukemia patients was studied. The results showed that LAK activity could be induced in nearly 90% patients, although it was generally lower than that in normal donors. Further analysis revealed that there was no significant difference in LAK activity between acute lymph-oblastic and acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia patients. The patients who had more blasts in their peripheral blood or received chemotherapy recently had even much lower LAK activity.
