摘要
采用兔离体血管容积法观察到3,4′,5—三羟基芪-3β-单-D-葡萄糖甙(PD)1.71mmol/L可非竞争性抑制去甲肾上腺素收缩肺动脉的作用。PD4.09mmol/L和5.12mmol/L可舒张兔离体肺动脉,5.12mmol/L可舒张兔离体颈动脉。PD对肺动脉的舒张作用可被β—肾上腺素受体阻滞剂普萘洛尔减弱。
Study was carried out in rabbits to determine whether 3,4',5-trihydroxystibe-ne-3-β-mono-D-glucoside(PD)has vasodilative action using volumetric method. The result showed PD ( 1.71 mmol/L ) caused a right shift of the cumulative concentration-response curve of norepinephrine(NE)and lowered the maximal response of rab-bit's pulmonary arteries. It implies that PD could inhibit the vasoconstrictive effect of NE in a noncompetitive manner. PD dilated the pulmonary arteries (4.09 and 5.12 mmol/L ) and the carotid ( 5.12mmol/L ) of rabbits. This PD-induced relaxation of pulmonary arteries was weakened by propranolol ( 87.8μmol/L ) .
