摘要
对实验性肢体高速枪弹伤早期狗血浆及脑内血管活性肠肽样免疫反应物(VIP-LI)含量作动态监测,发现伤后血浆及脑内VIP—LI均明显升高,但两者变化不同步。这提示VIP-LI可能参与了创伤全身反应。伤后脑内VIP-LI升高的意义值得进一步研究。
Experimental high-velocity missilse injuries were produced on both hind legs of 15 dogs. It was found that the concentration of vasoactive intestinal peptide like immunoreactivity ( VIP-LI ) significantly elevated in both plasma and brain at the early stage after injuries. However, the changes of VIP-LI concentration in the plasma and brain did not coincide with each other. The results suggest that VIP-LI may participate in the post-traumatic general reaction. The significance and macha-nism of the elevation of cerebral VIP-LI level after a severe non-cerebral trauma remain to be clarified.
