In this paper, the principle of In - Circuit Test is presented. The trend of circuit fault diagnosis system and the technology of virtual instruments are discussed. An In - Circuit Test system based on Virtual Instruments is brought forward, which integrated the method of In - Circuit test and other technologies of circuit fault diagnosis on the platform of virtual instruments. The software and hardware architecture of the system are also given in the paper.
