摘要
设计高效的卫星星间链路切换协议是LEO卫星网络设计中的一个重要问题 ,卫星切换协议必须保证为移动终端用户提供无缝连接 ,也就是切换速度足够快 ,对系统性能影响尽量小的切换策略。针对LEO网络卫星的星间链路切换 ,提出了后向切换策略 ,详细定义了后向切换方式的信令交换过程 ,从理论上分析了后向切换对切换时延和端到端时延的影响。通过系统的仿真 。
One of the key issues in an LEO network is concerned with an efficient handoff scheme that can provide seamless network connectivity to mobile terminals. The handoff scheme must be fast and reliable so that the service disruption is minimized. In this paper, we investigate the performance of a backward handoff scheme, which is proposed for inter satellite handoff in an LEO network. We define a signaling architecture for a hard backward handoff, and attempt to model detailed signaling exchanges and study the influence of the backward handoff on the end to end delay and handoff delay. Through simulation, we prove the impact of critical parameters of handoff and rerouting on these two delays.
