摘要
航空装备可靠性指标的确定是长期困扰装备论证人员的一个难题。提出了一种在装备研制方案阶段可靠性指标的确定方法———相似装备折衷系数法 ,考虑使用方作战使用可靠性需求的同时 ,兼顾承制方可能达到的可靠性水平。充分考虑影响装备可靠性的各种因素 ,应用层次分析法理论得出承制方能达到的水平 ,并在二者之间权衡 ,采用折衷的办法解决了这一难题。
It is a difficult problem to determine the reliability index of the aviation materiel, which has been confusing the demonstration personsnel for a long time. A determination method for reliability index in the concept phase of materiel development, namely similar item eclectic quotiety method is presented. Considering the users' requirements for operational reliability, the method gives attention to the reliability level that the contractor could achieve, takes various factors which influence materiel reliability into full consideration and applies the theory of analytic hierarchy process to work out the reliability level that the contractor can achieve. Then it balances the two reliability indexes and thussolves the difficult problem concerned.
