摘要
用电镜酶细胞化学方法,显示了小白鼠肝细胞和胰腺外分泌细胞的线状溶酶体。该溶酶体呈酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)阳性反应,长条状,长度2～8μm,横径0.15～0.3μm,分支或不分支,多蜿蜒走行在细胞器之间。
Acid phosphatase ( ACPase ) positive nematolysosomes in the mouse hepatocytes and the pancreatic exocrine acinar cells were studied with ultracytochemical method. The nematolysosomes with varying length ( 2-8μm ), diameter ( 0. 15-0.3μm ) were branched or unbranched and winded through the organelles
