碳纳米管阴极平板显示器的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 碳纳米管场致发射显示器是一种新型的真空器件 ,也是一种具有巨大应用潜力的平板型显示设备。本文详细地介绍了碳纳米管场致发射原理 ,给出了碳纳米管阴极平板显示器的基本结构和工作原理 ,对于显示器件的真空封装 ,碳纳米管阴极装配 ,控制栅极制作等工艺问题进行了阐述和研究。采用这些技术 ,已经研制出了碳纳米管阴极场致发射显示器的样品。 The field emission display with carbon nanotubes emitters is a kind of new vacuum devices, and is new flat display device with a great deal of application potential. The basic field emission principle is given in this paper, the basic structure and operating principle of flat display with carbon nanotubes cathode are also presented. The detailed process including the vacuum packaging of display devices, the assembly of carbon nanotubes cathode, the fabrication of controlled gate electrode are discussed in detail. With these technologies, the field emission display device prototype has been fabricated.
