本文主要介绍Tobacco Sorter Ⅲ型杂物剔除器的剔杂原理、结构、特点及安装、选型、应用注意事项,较具体地说明了物体的CCD成像原理、杂物的识别、判断过程。
This paper introduces the characteristics of Tobacco Sorter Ⅲ system and the theory of linear image sensor CCD. On the basis of ancillary statistics of tobacco抯 colors distribution probability, it specifies the defect removal system how to identify and remove foreign material by high-pressure air ejection.
