摘要
本文阐述了GTR“最佳”驱动电路的设计原则,以及基于这一原则设计的恒流和恒β值两种形式的驱动电路,它们均适用于直流驱动。并从结构上能保证GTR安全快速地开关。采用EVK71-050和国产50A、400V GTR进行了实验,结果表明恒β值驱动电路能够减小GTR的储存时间。
In this paper, the author explains the design principle for GTR“optimizing”base drive circuit on which the design of base drive circuits involving the constant base current and βis based. These circuits are best fitted in d.c. drive and can structurally assure the rapid and safe switching of GTR. Experience with EVK 71-050 and 50A, 400V GTR made in our country shows that constant βbase drive circuit can reduce the storage time of GTR.
