测量ST/HR最大斜率预测冠状动脉狭窄程度

Prediction of degree of coranary stenosis by measuring the maximum ST/HR slope

将52例冠心病患者的冠状动脉分成无明显病变、轻度狭窄、1支显著狭窄和双支以上显著狭窄4组,分别测量平板运动试验中各组的ST/HR最大斜率,发现各组的斜率值互不重叠,差异超过斜率测定的容许限,认为测量ST/HR最大斜率可以预测冠脉狭窄程度。

Fifty-two patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 4 groups, no lession, slight coronary stenosis, severe stenosis of one branch, severe stenosis of two or more branches. The maximum ST/HR slope was measured in treadmill ECG. The results showed there was no overlapping in the ualues of ST/HR slope among 4 groups. The differences among the slopes exceeded the allowable limits.We think the maximum ST/HR slope may indicate the degree of coronary stenosis.
