MADM is an effective method to evaluate air defense missile position. According to the demand of tactic and air defense missile position, the view of using utility function to evaluate air defense missile position is proposed in this paper. It is an new pathway to evaluate air defense missile position, and can improve the rationality and objectivity of the result. The exactitude and practicability of this method and model are proofed with an example. This method and model can be used to other systems.
