摘要
技术保障装备体制是武器装备体制的主要组成部分,是技术保障装备发展的顶层设计.技术保障装备体制评估按照宏观、集约的原则,并结合各军兵种技术保障装备的不同保障任务,建立适用于各军兵种技术保障装备的,具有有效性、先进性、可行性、合理性和适应性等评估指标,最终形成技术保障装备评估指标体系;运用层次分析法对技术保障装备体制进行了评估.
The technical support equipment system is the important part of the weapon and equipment system, and it's also the top design of technical support equipment development. In term of macroscopic and intensive characteristic principles, we should build up a validity of effectual, advance, feasibility, rationality and adaptability evaluation index being suitable for services and arms, and incorporate a validity of services and arms tasks to build difference evaluation index, at last coming into technical support equipment system. The analytic hierarchy process analyzes and evaluates technical support equipment system.
