试验基地测试发射装备训练系统研究

Study on Test-launch Equipment Training System in Test Base

为实现测试发射人员与装备的最佳结合,始终保持测试发射装备的良好状态,有力提高试验基地测试发射能力,从剖析装备训练的理论基础入手,提出了测试发射装备训练的概念定义,构建了测试发射装备训练系统;重点分析给出了紧密结合测试发射过程的装备训练模型和评价指标体系,包括训练组织、训练条件、训练内容、训练方法和训练效果;最后讨论了测试发射装备训练系统的运行机制.

The purpose of this paper is to find the best combination between the operators and equipment in the test launch system,constantly keep good condition of the test launch equipment and powerfully raise the test launch ability of the Test Base.On the basis of analyses and researches on the principal theory of equipment training,the concept and definition of test launch equipment training have been put forward and test launch equipment training system has been built up.Then the equipment training model and evaluating index system which are closely integrated with the test launch process have been specially set up. This system includes training organization,training condition,training content, training method and training effect.At last, this paper discusses the operating organization in the test launch equipment training system.
