一种Windows NT网络环境汉字不全的解决方案与实现

A Scheme and Implementation for Resolving a Kind of Chinese Character Problem on NT Network

针对Windows NT网络环境汉字不全问题提出了一种解决方案;并且按C/S结构以C++Builder4.0为开发工具给予具体实现;程序已在国家商标局二期信息化工程中应用,证明方案是正确可行的.

This paper proposes a scheme for resolving a kind of Chinese character problem which has no enough Chinese character for various application on windows NT network. We also give an implementation about it using C/S mode with C++builder 4.0. The program is used in the second stage development of information system for national brand bureau.
