摘要
为解决现代企业的委托、代理关系带来的代理人(企业家)可能出现的道德风险和逆向选择,委托人必须设立一套有效的制衡机制来约束和激励代理人的行为,其一就是设置一套最优的薪酬方案。考虑到企业家的行为成本、贡献、承担的风险、机会成本等因素,本文拟设置一套最优的企业家薪酬模式。
In order to solve the possible moral risk and converse choice of the agent (enterpriser) brought by the entrustment and agent relationship of the modern enterprise, the entruster must establish a set of effective balance system, which includes the superlative pay plan, to restrain and inspire the agent's behaviour. Considering enterpriser's behaviour cost, contribution, risk and chance cost, this paper intends to set up a set of superlative enterpriser's pay pattern.
