我国《公司法》规定了企业的独立人格和有限责任制度。这一制度若被滥用,将对债权人及社会公众的利益造成侵害。因此,我国应针对这种现象,加强对公司法人人格否定制度的研究和立法。

But if this system is abused, it will make inroads on the benefit of creditors and publics.
