摘要
本文从科技企业研发项目的分类及分类特征分析入手,以各层次的研发人员特征以及他们和企业间的相互期望分析为基础,从深层机理探讨既能满足不同层次研发人员需求又有助于实现企业期望的薪酬模式。
This paper classifies R&D projects and R&D personnel, analyzes the features of different classes of R&D projects and personnel , analyzes the expectation between R&D personnel and their companies. Based on this, it provides suggestion of proper pattern of pay for R&D personnel.
