New exploration of R&D group management

随着知识经济在全球的进一步发展及新的管理理念的出现,对研发团队管理提出了新的要求,本文就研发团队的协同,学习型团队的建设及研发团队的知识管理等方面进行了初步探索。

With the further development of the global knowledge economy and the appearance of new management sense, new requests for R&D group management are put forwards. This paper explores the coordination of the R&D group, the construction of the learned R&D group and the knowledge management of it.
