卡尔曼滤波分光光度法测定复方新诺明片溶出速度

摘要 用卡尔曼滤波分光光度法测定了复方新诺明(SMZCO)片中主要成分:磺胺甲基异恶唑(SMZ)和甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP),其回收率分别是100.69±0.82%和98.26±0.36%;变异系数分别是0.81%和0.37%。用本法可不经繁琐的分离同时测定自制SMZCO片中SMZ和TMP的溶出速度,结果满意。SMZ的Td为24.756±0.704,24.078±1.077,TMP的Td为27.323±2.838,27.638±1.791min,均无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。 This paper deals with the feasibility of simultaneous determination of SMZ and TMP in co-sulfamethoxazole tablets by Kalman filtering spectrophom-etry. The average recoveries of SMZ and TMP were 100.69±0.82% and 98.26± 0.36%; CV was 0.81% and 0.37% respectively. It is satisfactory in determination of dissolution rate of SMZ and TMP in co-sulfamethoxazole aided by Kalman filtering spectrophotometry. The average Td values of SMZ and TMP of two samples in this paper were 24. 756±0. 704; 24.078±1.677 and 27. 323±2.838; 27.638 ±1.791 min. There were no significant differences with variance analysis.
