摘要
本文报告1616例正常人HC导联计测心电触配组的筛选结果。P电轴最优化配组是HR_3/CL_4°均值为52.36±6.22°变异系数为11.89%;QRS电轴最优化配组是HO/CL_4(HR_3/CL_4) 均值为30.49±31.51。(47.16±33.58°),变异系数103.35%(72.74%);T电轴最优化配组为HR_3/CL_4,均值为51.67±3.79°、变异系数7.47%。P电轴和T电轴较常规最优化配组(Ⅰ/Ⅲ,Ⅰ/aVF)更稳定,但QRS电轴与常规导联无显著性差异。
Superior pair of electrical axis was chosen from 15 pairs which have been made up 6HC lead in frontal plane in 1616 normal indivduals. The best pair of P electrical axis is HR3/CL4, average ( mean±SD ) is 52.363°±6.224°, the coeffcient of variation ( CV ) is 11.89%, the range is from 40.162° to 64.563° The best pair of QRS electrical axis HO/CL4 ( HR3/CL4 ) , average is 30.491°±31.512° ( 47.164. ± 33.578°), CV% is 103.55% ( 72.74%) , the range is from -31.274° to 91.256°(-19.648°-111.977° ) . The best pair of T electrical axis is HR3/CL4,average is 51.669° ±3.789°, CV% is 7.47%, the range is from 43.644°to 57.494°. The elect-rical axis pair of HC lead compared with the pair of routine lead ( Ⅰ/Ⅲ, Ⅰ /aVF The pair of P or T electrical axis of the former is better than the latter. There is no difference between them in the QRS electrical axis.
