摘要
西伯利亚蓼和水麦冬 2种植物对青海湖湖滨滩地环境的适应 ,反映在叶肉细胞的超微结构上则表现为细胞的形态特征有差异。水麦冬叶肉细胞中 ,叶绿体个别区域或个别细胞的叶绿体基粒类囊体膨大显著 ,个别解体的细胞当中叶绿体基粒内囊体膨大尤为突出 ,这表明 :叶肉细胞叶绿体的类囊体膨大是叶绿体衰老。
This paper discusses the difference of ultrastructure of Polygonum Sibiricum and Triglochin Palustre response to saline environments in order to answer the question of what adaptation to saline soils on mesophyll cell of two species grown in Qinghai Lakeside A few mesophyll cells and chloroplasts have been disrupted in leaf of T palustre and their expansion of thylakoids are more obvious than that of thylakiods of normal chloroplasts Add in the fact which there are the expansion of thylakiods in region of chloroplasts of undisrupted cell,The results indicated that the expansion of thylakiods in chloroplasts is the characteristic of which chloroplasts would be disrupted in salt stress
