天蓝苜蓿种子休眠特性的研究

Research on seed dormant of Medicago Lupulina

通过对天蓝苜蓿种子不同时期发芽试验研究 ,结果表明 :新收获的天蓝苜蓿的种子发芽率很低 ,为9 1%左右 ,种子萌发对温度反应不敏感 ;经砂擦种皮后 ,发芽率提高到 74 8%。对刚脱落未经晾晒的新鲜种子的试验表明 :种子一旦成熟脱落 ,胚已经成熟 ,胚没有后熟期。发芽率低的主要原因是硬实导致种子很难吸胀或吸胀后胚的伸长受阻 ,存在种皮抑制胚的现象 。

Results of germination test on Medicago lupulina in different period indicated that:new seed had low germination rate(about 9 1%),and no sensitive to temperature but germination rate rose up to 74 8% after scraping seed coat with sandpaper The result of experiment on fresh seeds without sunlight dried showed that seed have matured,embryo of seed also matured with no post matured stage The main reason for low germination rate was that hard seed made it difficult to extracted water or stopped embryo to stretch,the existence of seeds coat restrict embryo germination excluded the possibility of embryo dormant during the post mature period
