摘要
用PP3 3 3 处理草坪草马蹄金 ,抑制了细胞伸长 ,促进分枝 ,增加根冠比 ;同时 ,具有提高细胞汁液浓度 ,阻止蛋白质分解 ,提高叶绿素含量 ,降低细胞电解质外渗和硝酸还原酶活性 ,提高过氧化氢酶活性等生理效应。从而起到提高草坪质量 。
Dichoudra repens was treated with PP 333 The results showed: PP 333 restrained cell protraction,promoted branching and improved the ratio of root/canopy;It also enhanced the concentration of cell sap, prevented protein degradation,increased the content of chlorophyll,reduced electrolyte leakage and nitrate reductase activities,and reinforced catalase(CAT) activities etc So,PP 333 can upgrade the quality of Dichondra repens and strengthen it's ability of cold tolerance
