苹果梨授粉花粉离体萌发率的影响因子

Affect factors on germination rate in virtro of apple-pear's pollination pollen

采用以鸭梨为主的混合花粉为试材,研究了苹果梨授粉花粉离体发芽的影响因子.结果表明:苹果梨授粉花粉离体萌发的适宜培养基是蔗糖浓度为5%～15%,硼酸浓度为100～400mg/L,适宜的温度是25～30℃.试验结果还表明硼是花粉管生长的必要因素.

The factor of influence of germination rate in virtro using mixed pollen was studied.The mixed pollen made up of greater part of Yali pear's.It was showed that the suitable concentration of sucrose was 5%～15%,boric acid was 100～400 mg/L,and the optimum temperature was 25～30 ℃.In addition,Boron was the essential factor for tube growth.
