蕨菜孢子粉布播时间为4月下旬～5月下旬,6月下旬～7月上旬出现原叶体,7月中旬出现胚茎;孢子萌发生长发育需要的光量为900Lux～1400Lux,温度为20～25℃,相对湿度为80%;根茎繁殖适合的芽为混合芽和垂直芽,根茎长度为30～40cm;适合的整地方式为高垅整地.密度为20cm×30cm,抚育措施为及时除草、松土、割灌;蕨菜防纤维化的方法是:用NaCl粉分别蘸在伤口与叶尖生长点上并分放在塑料袋内,此方法在21个小时内仍可保持原来采集的状态.
