亚大预测与CCIR推荐方法(340报告)的比较

A Comparison between TWO F2—Iayer Prediction Methods of Asia—Oceania Region and CCIR Rep.340

本文分析和比较了'亚大预测'方法与国际推荐的'340报告'方法各自的特点。差异及优缺点。利用多年多站的实测数据与两方法估算值进行了精度与准确度的比较。结果表明:'亚大预测'在我国及亚大地区使用,精度与准确度都高于'340报告'方法。文中还叙述了'亚大预测'经过实践检验的结果及对有关工作所起的作用。

In this paper these distinguishing features,distinction,merits and demerits of the method of predicting ionospheric F_2—layer in the Asia—Oceania region and CCIR atlas of ionospheric char- acteristics(Rep 340)have been analysed and compared with.A comparison between the accura- cies of two methods has been made with the estimated values of two methods and the observation data of many years of many sounding stations.The result shows that the accuracy of the Asia— Oceania prediction method is higher than of CCIR Rep.340 prediction method.In this paper also the result of practice exmination and the effect for the applacation have been narrated.
