摘要
针对扩招后如何保证教育质量问题,分析了影响教育质量的因素,并从入学制度、教学管理制度、毕业与就业制度、师资管理制度、学校领导体制与管理制度五个方面提出了应对高等教育大众化和教育终身化趋势,进行制度创新的思路。
In accordance with the problem of how to guarantee the educational quality after the extending of new students,this paper analyzed the elements that influ- ence the educational quality.And in the following five aspects of enrollment system, teaching management system,graduation and abtaining employment system,teachers management system,leading and management system,and the ideas of innovation to suit the trend of higher education popularity and lifelong education were put forward.
