Strategic developing plan of Ningxia dairy industry

“九五”期间 ,宁夏奶业发展迅速 ,形成了以户养奶牛为主 ,龙头加工企业带动的奶业产业化雏形。为了增强我区奶产品在国内市场的竞争力 ,今后应加强以下五个方面的发展 :加快良种繁育体系建设 ,提高奶牛质量 ;加速优质奶源基地建设 ;做大做强龙头企业 ,培育名牌产品 ;大力发展优质饲草饲料生产 ,建立奶畜饲料生产基地 ;强化奶业发展服务体系建设。

Ningxia dairy industry increased rapidly in the ninth-five-year planning period. It has formed an industrialization rudiment of dairy process as the leading force and most animals raised by individual families. In order to increase the home market share of dairy productions of our region, we will concentrate in improving the following five aspects of the industry: speed up the constructing of breed improvement system to improve the quality of milk; expedite the construction of high quality milk bases; cultivate brand productions and develop large and strong dragon head enterprise; establish feed production base by vigorously develop high quality forage and fodder productions, and strengthen in setting up the technology and information service system.
