摘要
选择 42日龄淮南麻黄淘汰种公鸡 2 0 0只 ,随机分成 4组 ,每组 5 0只 ,单笼饲养 ,测定日粮能量和蛋白质水平对其屠宰性能和肉质的影响。结果表明 :日粮能量和蛋白质水平对淮南麻黄种公鸡的胸肌率和脾脏相对重量有显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但对其他屠宰性能指标、内脏器管相对重量和肉质参数未产生显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。
To study the effect of different dietary energy and protein levels on dressing measurements and meat quality parameters,200 Huainan Mahuang cocks with 42 days age were divided into 4 groups,50 cocks for each group.The results showed that different levels of energy and protein had the effect on breast muscles weight and spleen weight (p <0.05),but the effect on other carcass performances,organ weight and meat quality parameters were not significant (p >0.05).
