摘要
本文提供轴箱弹性拉杆作用于轮对的定位刚度的计算方法,这种方法的准确度已用实例测试结果加以验证。为减小机车运行工况中的轮/轨横向动态力,作者认为必须按机车最大运行速度的横向稳定性要求来取定最佳并尽可能最小的轮对横向定位刚度,因而对我国现有电力机车和发展中的较高速度机车的轮对定位装置分别提出两个新的设计方案,并采用本文的计算方法对其轮对定位刚度作了验算。
This paper provides the method for calculating the axle guiding stiffness acted by resilient axle box guide bars, the accuracy of which has been verified by practical test results. In order to decrease the transverse wheel/rail dynamic force, the author thought it is necessary to select an optimum and possibly minimum transverse guiding stiffness for axle according to the requests of hunting stability at maximum running speed of locomotive and hence proposes two new axle guiding designs which are feasible for the existing electric locomotives and the developing higher speed locomotives respectively, the guiding stiffness of which has been verified by the method described herein.
