香优1号DNA指纹分析及种子纯度鉴定

An analysis of DNA fingerprinting and seed quality identification of hybrid rice Xiangyou 1

利用RAPD和SSR两种分子标记检测杂交稻香优1号及其亲本的DNA指纹,分别筛选到7个稳定的RAPD标记和1个SSR标记用于鉴别香优1号、川香28A、川香28B和CD22,进一步应用于杂交及其亲本种子纯度鉴定。

By using RAPD and SSR molecular marker technique,the genomes of Xiangyou 1 and its parents were analyzed.In this study,7 random primers and 1 SSR primers were screened to identify Xiangyou 1 and its parents.These markers could be uesd in seed quality detection.
