摘要
研究了不同播期下不同浓度烯效唑浸种对水稻秧苗形态、生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,烯效唑各处理使株高降低10 81%~43 85%;分蘖时间提早1~5d,分蘖数增加0 084~5 07个/株;干重根冠比提高2 0%~20 65%,根系活力增加50 23%~74 42%;同时IAA、GA3含量在S1(低温)、S2(适温)播期下降低,在S3(高温)播期下升高,各播期下CTK、ABA含量升高,GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、(GA3+IAA+CTK)/ABA、GA3/CTK、IAA/CTK比值降低。
The effects of different Uniconazole concentrations (0,10,20,30?mg/L) soaking seed of hybrid rice c.v.Gangyou 22 were studied under different sowing dates(early and optimal and late).The results showed as follows:Uniconazole inhibited shoot growth and significantly decreased seedling height,made rice seedling tiller early and more,and increased ratio of root to shoot.At the same time,it reduced the endogenous IAA and GA3 content of rice seedling under the S1(lowtemperature)and S2 (optimal temperature) sowing dates,but the content of IAA and GA3 were increased under the S3(high temperature).It increased the levels of endogenous CTK and ABA,reduced the values of GA3/ABA,IAA/ABA,(GA3+IAA+CTK)/ABA,GA3/CTK and IAA/CTK.
