茎瘤芥(榨菜)根肿病病源初步鉴定及发病影响因素

Preliminary identification of the pathogen of root tumour of stem mustard and factors influencing the incidence of the disease

为给茎瘤芥(榨菜)根肿病的综合防治提供科学依据,用采自涪陵江北办事处的茎瘤芥病根的肿瘤经徒手切片在显微镜下检查,鉴定其病原为十字花科芸苔根肿菌(PlasmodiophorabrassicaeWoron),并将该病确定为茎瘤芥根肿病。发病影响因素研究结果表明,栽培品种、播栽期、土壤含水量和病原菌侵染时间都影响该病的发生程度;同一栽培品种适期播栽,受病原菌侵染愈早,土壤含水量偏高,其后期发病愈重;温度24℃、pH值6 2,24h黑暗5d后休眠孢子囊萌发率最高。

To providing important basis for integrated control of root tumour occurred in stem mustard ,the diseased plant samples collected from Fuling were identified under microscope by barehanded section.According to the morphological characteristics the pathogen in the root tumour of the stem mustard were identified as Plasmodiophora brassicae woron.The factors influencing the incidence of this disease were analyzed.Results showed that the factors involving stem mustard varieties,planting date,soil moisture and infection date influenced the incidence of this disease.Under the condition of temperature 24?℃,pH=62,darkness for 5d,the germination rate of the resting spore bay reached the highest.
